Delivery
A flat rate of £4.00 is charged for delivery within the UK. Current estimated time for delivery is 2-3 weeks depending on COVID and we will advise accordingly.
For delivery outside of the UK shipping, please contact us and we can advise but will cost more. All orders are sent by Royal Mail tracked and signed service, if you would like your your order differently or if you would like your tracking number please contact us via the Contact Page.
Please ensure the delivery details are correct as we can not cover the cost of resending orders that have been placed with an incorrect name or address.
Returns & Exchange Policy
No refunds/returns unless the item is faulty, in which case the item must be returned unworn, in its original form, within 7 days and a replacement will be sent within 7 days. In the case of returning we do not offer a free returns service.
Returns postage is a customer's responsibility and it is important that you check our size guides before ordering for your child. If an item has arrived defective or faulty please contact us via the contact page within 3 days.
